1. What is ’GlassPolymer heavy blow’ bottle?  헤비블로우가 무엇입니까?

 

Like it says, heavy bottle meant to be heavy and material name 'GlassPolymer' is the trade mark of Eastman USA. The bottles are 4x~10x heavier than regular plastic bottles and specifically majority of the weight comes from bottle’s base.

 

무거운 블로우용기라는 뜻입니다. 헤비블로우용기는 무게와 두께에서 일반용기에 비해 4~10배 정도 차이가 나는 용기로서 올리브의 헤비블로우용기는 특히 바닥두께를 원하는만큼 두껍게 생산할 수 있어 유리병처럼 보이는 특성을 갖고 있습니다.

 

 

2. Pros?  헤비블로우 용기의 장점은 ?

 

It is great substitute GLASS BOTTLE which tend to be too heavy and fragile. In addition with less weight of 1/3 of glass bottle which reduces freight cost, doesnot break, easy to apply colors on production with low MOQ .

 

유리용기를 대체할 수 있습니다. 깨지지 않습니다. 소량대응이 빠르고 쉽습니다. 가볍습니다. 유리용기에 비해 1/3의 무게를 갖고 있어서 물류비 절감에 큰 도움이 됩니다. 색상표현과 후가공이 용이 합니다. 

 

 

3. Main Low material?  주원료는 ?

 

Often known as one of high refined and cost raw materil PET-G as a GlassPolymer is great material for Heavy Blow to give uniqueness of its presence and high quality in product itself. Please also note that our customers could also choose their raw materials such as PP, PCTG, EVOH etc…

 

PET-G 수지를 주로 사용합니다. 고투명, 고광택, 화학적 안정성등이 매우 우수한 고급 소재입니다. 또한 고객의 요구에 따라 다양한 고기능성 원료 사용하고 있습니다(예: PP, PCTG, EVOH...). PET-G는 일반적인 PET와 화학적특성이 같은  원료이며 다이렉트블로우방식에 맞게 개발된 원료입니다.

 

 

4. Compatibility and Safety?  내용물과의 적합성과 안전성은 ?

 

Generally PET-G is suitable with almost anything. Also our bottles are environment friendly. There is no phthalate DEHP and major 4 heavy metal (Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, chrome VI). SPF agent, more than 25% alcohol and specific fragrance may not allowed.

 

PET-G는 대부분의 내용물에 적합하며 매우 안전합니다. 특히 환경문제를 일으키는 프탈레이트계 가소제 성분은 전혀 검출되지 않고 4대 중금속(카드뮴, 납, 수은, 크롬VI)등도 전혀 검출되지 않습니다.  SPF내용물, 25%이상의 알콜을 함유한 내용물, 향수류 내용물과는 적합하지 않습니다.

 

 

5. MOQ?  최소 주문량은 ?

 

Generally our MOQ starts from 5,000 pcs. If the bottle volume is less than 30ml MOQ required 10,000 pcs . And of course we could manufacture to less quantity of order however the cost would tend to rise.

 

기본적으로 5천개입니다. 5천개를 기준으로 가격이 책정 되며, 5천개 이하일 경우 비용이 상승하게 됩니다. 30ml 미만의 용기는 1만개를 MOQ로 진행합니다.

 

 

6. Lead time?  표준납기는 ?

 

As per new product, average lead time takes max.4 weeks that excluding C/T(Compatibility Test) and completing all specs. 

 

신제품의 경우, 적합성시험(C/T: Compatibility Test)가 완료되고 모든 사양이 확정된 후 평균적으로 약 3~4 주 소요됩니다. 기존 발주분의 경우는 2~3 주 내로 대응을 하고 있읍니다. 단, 외부 부자재를 포함하는 턴키 수주의 경우, 해당 부자재의 일정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

 

 

7. Decoration availibility?  후가공성은 ?

 

Coating, Silk Printing, Gold/Silver Hot stamping, Labeling are all possible. Silk printing and decorating such as coating serves in house.

Our Quality Control team operates very strict CRM to avoid any possible problems.

 

코팅, 실크인쇄, 금은박, 라벨부착등 모든 후가공이 가능합니다. 인쇄와 코팅은 내부에서 진행하고 기타 후가공은 지정 협력사들과 파트너쉽으로 운영되고 있으며, 모든 품질관리와 생산관리 및 납품관리등을 올리브 관리팀에서 철저하게 관리하고 있습니다.

 

 

8. Colored bottle?  헤비블로우 용기의 색상표현 ?

 

In fact, Heavy Blow bottle provides its best presence with transparent bottle. However should there be customer request, Olive Packaging performs M/B (Master Batch).

 

헤비블로우 용기는 무색투명한 용기가 가장 아름답습니다 만, 고객들은 다양한 색상의 표현을 원합니다. 투명감의 조정과 색상의 조정등은 기본적으로 마스터배치(M/B)를 사용합니다. 

 

 

9. Applicators adatability?  펌프와 일반캡, 미스트등과의 결합사용성?

 

Olive Packaging offers different neck diameter sized. Our bottle has 1-3 changeable necks to make sure our customer finds what they want from A to Z.  There’s also options available for our customers to develop their own neck with cost.

 

사용하시려는 어플리케이터(예: 펌프, 드로퍼, 캡..)에 따라 네크부의 수정과 교체는 가능합니다. 올리브의 프리몰드용기는 모델당 1~3종의 체인지 네크를 보유하고 있어 고객의 니즈에 맞게 생산이 가능하며, 특별한 경우 별도의 비용지불을 통해 새로운 네크를 제작, 생산 해 드리고 있습니다.

 

 

10. Creating brand-new design bottle?   신규디자인의 용기제작  가능성?

 

With our strong design team force, our customers could come in with general idea or even with simple sketch perhaps. Our team would be able to generate 2D CAD drawing. And also through 3D modeling and upon confirmation we provide 3D printed prototype/sample of the bottle to our customer for prescreening. Please note that there would be a cost for any new mold that is needed for newly designed bottle production.

 

도면없이 아이디어 스케치만 해 오셔도 올리브의 자체 디자인팀에서, 원하시는 용량에 맞게 2D CAD설계와 3D 모델링으로 디자인하여 입체형상을 미리 볼 수 있도록 해 드리고, 확정된 디자인은 3D 프린트 Mock-up을 만들거나 금형제작을 통해 실 샘플을 만들 수 있습니다. Mock-up과 금형제작은 실비로 제작 해 드립니다.

 

11.  New mold production lead time?   신규금형 제작시 소요시간 ?

 

Upon confirmation of the new mold’s technical drawing and modeling, it would approximately take 20-30days to start production.

 

도면과 모델링을 접수한 날부터 양산을 할 수 있을 정도로 마무리까지 하는데 약20~30일정도 소요됩니다.

 

 

12. Can you offer all kinds of packagings?  모든 부자재 수급 가능 ?

 

Olive Packaging strives to provide one-stop service to valued customers. Such subsidiary applicators: caps, pumps and droppers etc.. are all made in-house to optimize our heavy blow GlassPolymer bottle.

 

올리브는 궁극적으로 원스톱 서비스를 추구합니다. 캡과 펌프, 스포이드 등 관련된 모든 부자재에 대해 헤비블로우 용기와의 디자인 최적화를 위한 모든 부자재를 제작, 관리합니다. 캡은 물론 펌프, 스포이드, 스프레이등 대부분의 부자재를 자체생산하여 제공합니다.

 

13. Recycle indication?  분리배출표기는 어떻게 ?

 

Heavy Blow bottle is made with plastic raw material called PET-G. Therefore it could also be indicated as ‘PET’ on labeling. Please see below and save attached PDF file to work in illustrator. * This regulation values only in Korea.

 

올리브의 헤비블로우 용기는 PET-G 를 기본원료로 사용 하므로, 용기에 '페트' 로 표기합니다.
